Q.  What exactly is an Online Brochure?

 

A.  An Online Brochure is a web based .exe presentation that is custom designed with information provided by you (or created by us) displaying a state-of-the-art 3-D flip-book style brochure of items or description of your business.  The use of the Online Brochure is only limited to your imagination.  Any retail business, any type of presentation (except video) can be created into an Online Brochure.

Q.  How can I use the Online Brochure?

 

A.  If you are in business...you need an Online Brochure.  Even if you are not in business, whatever you have to sell or service you provide should be available to surfers on the internet.  A good example is real estate.  If you have a property to sell, the cost of print advertising is very expensive, and just by adding the url (online address) of your custom made Online Brochure to your print ad, potential buyers can view page after page of additional photos and description about your property resulting in a much faster sale.

Q.  How much does it cost to create an Online Brochure?

 

A.  The cost for us to create an Online Brochure is very hard to estimate because of the unlimited potential.  We have designed an "Online Brochure Starter Pack" that includes up to 15 pages with up to 15 photos for $44 plus a "one time only" set up fee of $79.  All others are done on an immediate easy-quote system at a very reasonable price.

Q.  What part do I play in creating the Online Brochure?

 

A.  You provide us with the content of the Online Brochure including the text and photos in electronic form (via email) and we create the Online Brochure for you.  For the "Starter Pack" price, all text must be able to be copied (i.e. directly in the email, Word or Notepad formats) no PDF or formats that have to be re-typed.  All photos should be in .jpg format.  Any photo that needs converted or scanned, or text that needs typed will warrant an additional cost.  By you providing the information is what keeps the cost affordable.

Q.  How do I get my info to SUNSHINE GRAPHICS?

 

A.  By way of email to webmaster@OnlineBrochure.info.  If you need to mail information, a mailing address will be provided to you.

Q.  What if I don't have a digital camera or can't take good quality digital photos?

 

A.  If you live in the Pittsburgh South area, Bill Watson of SUNSHINE GRAPHICS is a professional photographer specializing in digital imaging and will take the photos for you at a nominal hourly fee.  If you don't live in the Pittsburgh area, there are many qualified photographers that would be happy to help.  Plus you can always have 35mm film converted over to digital and work with that as well.

Q.  Do I need a web site to use the Online Brochure?

 

A.  No.  It is ideal if you have a web site to link to, but if you don't you can house your Online Brochure at our servers.  If you are interested in a custom design web site, please visit us a www.WebDesignBySunshine.com for more information.

Q.  Is there an additional charge to retain my brochure at the OnlineBrochure.info server?

 

A.  There is no cost to maintain your Online Brochure at our servers for the first 12 months.  If your Online Brochure is still active after 12 months a nominal fee on $1/month will be billed on an annual basis.  For brochures larger than 3 megabytes an additional fee with will apply.

Q.  How will my customers see the Online Brochure?

 

A.  Upon completion of your Online Brochure, you will be provided the url (internet address) for you to use to promote your Online Brochure.  It can be linked to any web site, easily emailed directly to your customers or clients, or burned onto a CD for a professional type presentation.

Q.  Does my Online Brochure ever expire?

 

A.  No.  Once your Online Brochure has been created it will never expire.

Q.  How many photos or how much text can be put on the Online Brochure?

 

A.  The Online Brochure is made with a compression software and will hold an awful lot of content before becoming a concern.

Q.  Can I have changes made to my Online Brochure once it is created?

 

A.  Yes.  Any changes can be made at a nominal hourly rate.  Price quoted on circumstance.

Q.  How do I pay for my Online Brochure?

 

A.  Payment is in  made prior to creating the Online Brochure (USD).  In order to keep costs as low as possible we accept check or money order only.
